Arlander Keys was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
He was appointed to this position on February 21, 1995 and was reappointed on February 20, 2003.[1] He retired from the bench on October 31, 2009.[2]
Keys was recalled to service after his retirement in October 2009.
